Finding Tenants for a Commercial Property

I am in the process of closing on a commercial property in my Hometown of Canton, NC. There are two freestanding building on the property:

A metal warehouse building that is around 5,000 square feet and a 3,500 square foot building that is approximately 1,750 of street level store front space and 1,750 of basement level warehouse space.

I have one tenant lined up to use the 1,750 square feet of basement level warehouse space as a gym/ training facility.

What suggestions do you guys have for finding quality tenants for commercial properties?
