They said cleaning was more extensive (they say it went up to the second floor)so I made an additional credit , they also say they lost food which I ignored because I can't fathom how that could be due to this issue. 

I currently live at home with my family and only paying roughly $200 a month to live there (water bill & food here and there) .

Hi @Michael Kay,Here are a few of my first reactions:-Property taxes in Lexington for a parcel worth $380,000 will be much greater than $1,400 per year.

The Treasurer does not make any guarantees that a purchaser will make money on a purchase and should be aware of the fact that the property owner has a right to redeem the tax lien AT ANY TIME.If there is an asterisk (*) next to the advertised certificate amount; then a prior certificate or certificates exist on this parcel.

I’m also looking for a job related to my major with the possibility of higher income (even though it’s risky), business administration, to do during the summer, rather than a fast food or restaurant job.

You have Dickinson Law School, the Army War College, many warehouses, Giant food store headquarters, and many of the surrounding school districts (Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Big Springs, Cumberland Valley, Mechanicsburg) are pretty good.  

I have been in the market to purchase a newer manufactured home to place on a five acre parcel of vacant land that I recently closed on.

There is a very high likelihood we need to reroute a powerline that hangs between the two parcels of land I own and planning to build a house on.
