I got scammed on a site coincidentally bought by AirBnB, since it's just a platform, it isn't their fault the person used fraudulent CC's to transfer me money.

@Teresa Herriot,I am not sure about your state but in mine planning on all of us getting together would be considered a "Group boycott" and violate "Anti-trust" laws.I am not that concerned with Zillow, it is an option for consumers.

It is important to know history and not over-react to those with an anti-growth, line-my-pockets-with-energy-subsidies agenda.

Its more about things like: protection of investors from scams, ensuring transparency and market efficiency etc.. 

Just let them know that you are the real deal, and not some silver tongued scam artist, and they will usually open up about the current situation. 

Safe to say all of these TV shows are a complete joke, the only reason to do them is if you want to parlay the TV show into "education" where you scam people for $30,000 at a time.
