Firstly, i wanted to give a shout out to Josh Dorkin and Brandon Taylor, i wouldn't be here if i did not stumble upon your podcast through my initial google searching about real estate investing, since then i have listened to the first 25 podcast episodes, and am listening to a new one everyday (in my 1 hour commute), and you both have inspired me and lit a fire to go after my dreams of being a real estate investor.

I have been on the forums and everyone has been really great and inspiring.

You'll find a lot of inspiring stories here and a lot of useful information. 

Most people on the podcast say rich dad poor dad was the book that inspired them the most and not to be cliche but that book is what got me to get more involved in bigger pockets and working on my knowledge of real estate.

And for all of us who aspire for a better one, I thought we might be able to inspire one another with our methods and aspirations.

You have to read that book, it is the inspiration for so many millionaires out there.
