New In Southern California
I am new to real estate investing but I have really enjoyed Bigger Pockets. I feel like it is actually possible to invest, even though is seems hard in Southern California.
I guess I am nervous that I will do too much analysis and book reading and not enough doing, but I know so little. . . I guess mostly it is fear. Anyways, I really have learned a lot in the short time. I have been on the forums and everyone has been really great and inspiring.
I am considering becoming a real estate agent just to pick up some more knowledge, but I don't know if I am over thinking it.
Pretty much just glad to be connected to Bigger Pockets.

Hey @Matt Darbro welcome to the site! I think as long as you get to know the properties in your area by analyzing deals, you will find one that you will want to take action just to get it :) You'll find that ONE property soon as you do more analysis.
