Which Book to Read First?
Hey guys/gals. I'm a newbie here on BP and I just received the following six books but I'm looking for recommendations on which one to read FIRST. If it helps determine which book gives me the best bang-for-the-buck towards my current goal, I'm hoping to start with purchasing a duplex/triplex with a buy and hold mentality. I plan to read all six over time but I'm looking for advice on where to start. Thanks in advance and Happy Earth Day!

If you already 'get it' - that the only way to work is not for someone else after getting a college education, or that acquiring a house or two every year will make you wealthy - then I'd get to nuts and bolts about how and what to buy.
RDPD and The Millionaire RE Investor are great to change mindset and open your eyes. They are inspiring and motivational and not a waste of time at all. But if your eyes are already open - educate yourself to your specific goals and read actionable steps @Adam Pequignot
