As active investments I own rental property and performing notes (performing right now!

Just for some background info......the only reason I started and own Skip Genie now is because I specialized in highly distressed vacant properties and learned the ins and outs of how to efficiently find and contact the owners/heirs and then be able to close on them.  

Now in the Reno Tahoe Nevada area. 

Right now the options most applicable to my situation seem to be:FHA 3.5% downI was informed of the higher PMI payments and the negative connotation when looking at MF properties in Northern NJ.

This seems like I am paying 20% now and 20% later.

I try to keep what I can...I now have 10 rentals, but some I flip.  

I'll take that into consideration.Right now we've got a confluence of issues coming to a head that we'll have completed/better handled come next spring/summer (when we get 95% of our back to back bookings).

Now the driveway is completely vacant. 

I moved from abroad to USA 2 months ago (from Poland, originally I'm from Belarus) and now living in Miami, FL, having my greed card.I have no real estate background, my carrer abroad was focused on IT sales, such as software and hardware products & services.
