I, a newbie, am tired of the endless cycle of real estate seminars (that just try to sell you more real estate seminars). 

They are tired landlord and the idea to hand over the property was ideal for them.

He’s tired of dealing with her and the house, doesn’t see a resolution anytime soon and can probably use the money

Maybe they put a tire swing in that tree in the front yard for their first grand baby. 

Long story short, I would like to purchase a portfolio of properties(mix of commercial and SF rental) from family members that are tired of running the real estate. 9 properties in total.

One got tired looking for good inspectors he decided to become one(PT).

We are both disgusted with our jobs - and are tired of making someone else incredibly wealthy, while we toil away.

But, that has huge drawbacks as things take forever, you're tired, you're learning on the go.

As soon as we get through our current round of substantial DIY renovations and (hopefully) close on the deal we have under contract, we should be able to pay off the reno costs out of revenue in pretty short order and at that point we should be able to hire a manager if we want to, but we probably won't because I enjoy managing -- I am tired of DIY renovating though.

Thought I could clean it myself since I'm living in the upper half of the property, but quickly got tired of that so now searching for good housekeeping options
