As an agent I have noticed there are some full service CRM and website options such as Boomtown and RealGeeks but they seem SUPER expensive.

PECOs website suggests that it is ~3x more expensive for Oil compared to Natural gas.The heat is forced air if I remember correctly.

There is often the zoning itself that needs to be changed and also site plan approval.The multifamily project close by might have already performed due diligence in the area and have the reports they need to make a decision.

Wanted to know a good place to look. My mother is a realtor so she has access to TREND but I’d like to look on my own time.

Hi, I'm new to bigger pockets and looking to meet OKC wholesalers and private money lenders. I'm interested in knowing hard money lenders as well. 

I found out about BP from a video on youtube.I am looking to fill my brain with all the great info on this site and from other members.

A quick web search looks like Montana is pretty lenient on disclosure forms, but you should check with your local real estate experts to be sure.If a buyer learns of it I would certainly expect them to want a discount or to shy away from the property.
