Hello Everyone,

I've listened to the podcast for a while, and figured I'd finally be more active in the forums. I work as a software engineer but I'm looking to grow a real estate portfolio to build additional income and wealth over the long term. Currently I have one rental in Cary, and intend on acquiring more, probably mostly through the BRRRR method.
