I don't disagree that the market is tough, in fact I usually weigh in on most posts about out of state investors looking into buying in Dallas and say the exact same thing, that DFW especially Dallas is a competitive market, and the easy money has been made.I believe Blackstone got their exit....They spun off their residential real estate investment.

For example, appraisal fee is $650 and when I questioned him, he stated "investment properties usually cost more to appraise" which sounded pretty fake to me but I don't know any better as of current.
