Yet Another Newbie Intro :)

Hey guys,

I've been posting for the past few days and forgot to introduce myself. My name is Gina and I'm an RE investor in the Northern and Central NJ area. I've invested in 2nd position NPNs in the past but I'm making the transition to invest in and own physical property. I'm looking to buy and hold 2-4 unit properties and I'm willing to partner up if interested. Overall, my short-term goal is to have invested in my first property before 2018. In the long-term, my goal is to quit my W2 career by the time I'm 30 and live off of my RE cash flow.

I'm looking forward to speaking to and networking with you all in the future. All colleague requests are welcomed. I might pick your brain a bit but hopefully that's ok.

Also, if anyone knows any deals in my area or is looking for a partner for deals in my area, I'm definitely game. Any help or tips or recommendations are gladly appreciated.

I'll stop rambling now haha. Thanks!

Hi Gina, Welcome to BP!!!  Be sure to do some networking in your local market and take a look at the deals in your local market place.  That's a great source to find others who are active in your market.  All the best to you!!  Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!!
