I haven't looked into anything like this and don't know what to expect it terms of cost, I just know that the spreadsheet I've been using (which is not too sophisticated, but not basic either) is not one that can be used if I wanted to ramp up the quantity and frequency of my mailings and manage/keep track of incoming calls.

Hi Michael,I know the power of zip letters and post cards as follow up mailers, but I like to have the ability to send small quantities of yellow letters for new FSBO's and pre-foreclosures as they come up.

Apparently the previous owners had 2 adults and 5 kids (and about a million cockroaches) living in this tiny house, and they had some of the kids living up in the attic.
