Yellow letters
Hi Everyone,
I sent out my first ever yellow letter campaign through www.yellowletters.com to about 300+ out of state absentee owners. I extracted the list from propertyradar. It has been just over a week and I have not received a single phone call. Is it typical? Have I done anything wrong? Lead or no lead, I was hoping to hear from at least a few so that I know my mail has reached them. Right now it's a dead silence. Can someone help me understand this?

Mary I don't think your mailing hit your targets hands yet.
1 out of those 300 would have called and at least left you a nasty message.
I always mail myself one to just to get a feel for when they hit and it's what I ordered etc.
