I have been doing one a 3-10 minute cold swims in Long Island sound (45 degree to 38 degree water) one to three times a week so far this winter, usually in the mornings after my workout and a warm shower or sauna to follow.  

Hundreds of miles offshore, in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle, sailing to a tiny island, BP was there keeping me fired up about the future after our sailing adventure. 

The kitchen features brand new SS appliances, gas cooktop, custom cabinetry, custom back-splash, quartz countertops, expansive island w/eating space & brand new windows.

Bought my first investment property in South Padre Island 3 years ago and ready to buy another condo in San Antonio Texas. 

We are actually thinking about the Tybee Island area.I will keep you posted. 

Just did two 10 foot kitchens with 4 foot island for $1800 each kitchen.

Growing up and living on Long Island, it felt like I needed more capital than I could get my hands on to get started investing in real estate.
