Does cold plunging enhance real estate investing?

I have been listening to Gary Brecka on how he helped turn Dana White CEO of UFC health around. Part of his strategy was the cold plunge aspect that they rave about.  He claims it translates to mental clarity and enhanced mental health.  I have been doing one a 3-10 minute cold swims in Long Island sound (45 degree to 38 degree water) one to three times a week so far this winter, usually in the mornings after my workout and a warm shower or sauna to follow.  Do you think the fact of overcoming a uncomfortable obstacle, claimed actual benefits of cold plunging, or none of these would result in enhanced clarity in day to day ops of running a wholesale/ investment rei company?
