I have talked about getting into real estate investing for some time now. Luckily I found BiggerPockets and just watched The 90 Day Challenge, I am a real estate investor! 

I am so excited to get started and realize my dreams!

What @doug Todd said. Check the regulations before anything else!! I own 2 in Destin and 30a and the regulations are very friendly and show no signs of changing.
