Before you go this route be 100% sure that you will actually save money.

And as a bonus apparently you'd save $7k+.But I won't close your sub-to unless you demonstrate the means and ability to problem-solve if and when it goes sideways. 

The issue is, based on her credit report and other known info, I added all the expenses: (car payment $722, debt obligation/month $1900, rent, renters insurance, utilities, estimated grocery, living necessities, her total **essential** expenses would be at least $800 greater than her net income. 

Look like a lot of info.

It’s a 1 bed 1 bath unit, maybe 600 sqft, but I assume they’re all trying to save money best they can.

I have all this info & resources, But but been half stepping because I keep getting new information to think about.

You can manage it yourself if things get tough, or fix things up to save money.
