The problem is that SFHs are very expensive to maintain having only one tenant supporting your business per property.

Not that I don't appreciate people in this sector (complete opposite from the truth) I just don't think associated wages can support.

I'm stunned they still have any customers.I use Rentec Direct, every bit as good as Buildium but also has much better support and lower (and stable) pricing.

I think the property could support a loan greater than $500k once it is repositioned.I'm trying to purchase a small apartment building and just don't know of any lenders that will consider a loan this small.
