Buildium is raising their prices again...

I started looking at buildium and Appfolio about 12-18 months ago when I was looking at expanding. At the time I had 1 unit but now I have 4 and want to continue to grow. Buildium was $40/ month for up to 40 units. By the time I signed up, they were $60 per month for 60 units with no lower tier option. Now they are raising prices to 75 per month for 60 units. That's almost a 200% increase in 12 months. That's more than I'm willing to spend for my small operation. I use Quicken for book keeping so really, the only benefit I get is the application process. Anyone have better options that they are utilizing?
