Has anyone had success with a specific freelancer on Upwork for their REI website design needs? I've paid good $ in the past for web designers and haven't exactly been head-over-heels in love with the results. Investor Carrot and/or Lead Propeller may be the route I go in the future, but for now I'm simply looking for some assistance with a credibility-building website.
