In ya’lls experiance assuming you have a good property management and all that jazz... what are issues that most out of state investors run into that they wouldn’t have necessarily guess they would run into or do you think the whole deal is always harder simply due to the distance and corresponding out of sight out of mind issues that come along with that intangibility?
