@Pramod MahadevanI'm in Lake Tahoe Nevada and this has become an issue with many larger and smaller condo complexes because of the multiple insurance claims from snow damage last year the insurance companies were dropping policies or charging crazy prices. 

(I am 20 yrs old) Investing has always been an interest of mine and after a couple months of searching I got hired too an investment company.

On a side note, I am a Project Manager / fire sprinkler system designer (for 20 years) for a fire sprinkler company in central Mass.

Would you recommend hiring an independent adjuster to work with the insurance company?

Companies like Majestic out of Southern CA. those are the for real deal no partners all assets owned by the company and the owner.

We have a GC-tech company that operates in Chicago currently, but looking to start taking on more within the Richmond Virginia area.

CoreTec was recommended by the flooring company we used. 

I know LLCs can be used to invest in real estate, but I also read that someone created a leasing company to sublet the individuals personal real estate to the tenants with the actual owner having no liability since their leasing company LLC is the one responsible.This had me wondering how best to use an LLC, and I hope to hear from many of you to better understand how the LLC process works in the real estate world.
