Ways to use an LLC for real estate investing
Hi all!
I hope to get into real estate investing by the end of the year, and I have done lots of research on starting.
I have always heard it is beneficial to create an LLC to help separate personal assets from business assets. I would be interested in creating an LLC down the road, but I was curious to what could be the best way to create one. I also want to be able to utilize the LLC to take advantage of the many tax codes an LLC offers.
I know LLCs can be used to invest in real estate, but I also read that someone created a leasing company to sublet the individuals personal real estate to the tenants with the actual owner having no liability since their leasing company LLC is the one responsible.
This had me wondering how best to use an LLC, and I hope to hear from many of you to better understand how the LLC process works in the real estate world. Thanks!
