Hello everyone

My business partner and I are currently looking for a good real estate Lawyer and CPA in or around the Akron area. We are wanting to start a House Flipping business and are just looking for some legal and tax advice. Excited to hear for everyone and my partner and I appreciate everything.

 How many have you done ? Are you cash, do you have crews set up, do you know how to determine the reno and arv?
