Those 4 transactions were simple and uneventful - I searched on bankrate for the lowest rate, applied and closed.What I don't understand is why I'm sensing so much trepidation from the various team members (brokers, settlement co, seller...) about which lender I'm going to use?

Search for REIAs (real estate investment associations), call for-rent ads and ask to speak to the owner.

You can use the search function up top, Chris Mason made the post, a month or so ago. 

You must inform and provide the appraiser with all the rehab/reno improvements that you plan to do to the property, remember the value will be the ARV after ALL rehab/reno is complete.

I am in the process of searching for properties and I have found several but have not analyzed them yet.
