One benefit of attending paid seminar education as opposed to trying to find it all free in books/websites/asking questions in forums, etc. is that the Paid seminars, when designed by a master of their craft (the craft you're expecting to learn), is designed to provide the information in a step by step methodical approach which helps with comprehension.I did not attend Than's, but I did attend Russ Whitney's a few years ago for roughly $13,000.

I've dealt with planners before, that's why you need an architect or designer at minimum to "translate", most of them don't have the time to explain things to you, and you need to be more professional with your questions, I don't think he was unhelpful, he just feels that he could not understand your words as they were too broad.
