Have you thought about swapping out the heater for a natural gas or electric furnace?

I understand the decision is ultimately mine but still would like to know how it’s typically handled:-Water-Sewer -Electricity -Gas -Garbage -Lawn Care Thanks in advance everyone!

House has a double lot with 180' of water frontage. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Finished basement with Wet Bar, gas fireplace, and game room.

@Jay Chekansky Something else to look into is the higher section 8 rents sometimes are for apartments/houses that include utilities like gas, electric, etc.

A month for rent for each side the sev is 49500 connected to city water service and gas they are asking 70k is this a good buy ?

I have a 4/3 in village 7 and my tenants cover the mortgage/utilities along with my gas/food bill every month.

I was able to find an entry pertaining to Columbia Gas and an association named after the street the property is located.

If not, there will be 14 gas bills.Electric looks low considering they'll be running A/C in Florida. 

I am looking at a multi-family in Connecticut and the top floor unit has a furnace (forced air gas) that is located in the kitchen and right near where the stove is supposed to be located.   

@Melanie King we had our gas tank removed and all of the proper filings done.
