Taxes are 1400 a year 550. A month for rent for each side the sev is 49500 connected to city water service and gas they are asking 70k is this a good buy ? House is in fairly good condition

Not nearly enough detail to give you any real direction, @Gabe Ulrich Jr. If the total GSR is $1100/month that way exceeds the 1% rule, so worth looking into further, especially with taxes that low.
How's the neighborhood? What will renovations cost?
