I dont care why the house smells; smoke, pets, dead body, food, trash, it is all the same. 

I have been blessed with 30 days off from my normal W2 Job and in stead of traveling abroad, scuba diving with Nemo or search for the greatest food dish, I plan to dedicate the time I would be working into learning about Real Estate.

Am not going to reward the same insurance company but moving on with another company instead.

Definitely more work, yet a bigger reward.

Food in the cabinets, size of the fridge, plates/silverware?

The tenant of course has the option to leave early but for us the risk / reward is worth it.Of course I recommend you consult a lawyer to ensure this is a sufficient strategy in your area.

The universe rewarded me by bringing me a qualified tenant within a week of the property hitting the market.I realized with everything going on right now my goal is to inspire more people from my community to get into real estate.

While the entry price may seem high, the area is rapidly appreciating and investors who put in more work to add third stories and setbacks are well rewarded for their efforts. 

I'm intrigued by it now because of the Food Hub and all the other multimillion dollar projects going on in the area.
