Bigger than real estate

I experienced vacancy for the first time last month in my real estate career. I fired the previous property manager managing this property because they were not meeting my standards.Seemed like they were not trying to save me money and every action to my requests I had was delayed.

As a response I did a better job of doing a due diligence on my new property manager to manage this property. The universe rewarded me by bringing me a qualified tenant within a week of the property hitting the market.

I realized with everything going on right now my goal is to inspire more people from my community to get into real estate. Look at how easy it was to get a qualified tenant in the property paying my mortgage and putting cash flow in my pocket. If I can inspire more people from my community to get into real estate poverty and unemployment would go down which will cause crime to go down. Who knew that this is more than just making money . Every day I get messages from people asking me how about real estate. I’m humbled. This is about motivating people around me.
