I plan on taking a trip once a year to see my properties in addition to looking at new ones.

So if they ever send out a repairman, they have all the parts they need instead of making two trips. 

New York City and it’s suburbs are prime REI location, similar to Bay Area.It is the center of east coast jobs, and economic engine.Also, it is where you live.investing OOS requires large capital, big investment and frequent trips.

This is a market I have been wanting to explore, and I plan to take a trip there very soon to see for myself. 

I plan on making a trip there in the coming months to get a better feel for the area.

Just an idea to stand out when you are ready is may be some cross marketing to add value, since it is close to ski resorts may be have a deal with local ski rental place to get a discount if you stay there or add some casino incentives (like one round trip on Uber included)....these are things just to get it rented fast and get traction.

I made a couple trips, looked at tons of places, drove the neighborhoods, went to local restaurants, studied crime and census data, and asked local investors via BP.
