I am particularly interested in the buy and hold aspect of investing, but also recently have taken an interest in flipping.

Hey all, I’m looking to start a flip in the beginning of the next year.

We currently own one single family dwelling renting for 1.79% of the purchase price and another that was going to be used as a rental but after digging into some unforeseen repairs, we are looking at flipping and using the money to either purchase a new rental or pay off the first home outright and be free and clear. 

This is the reason why it's not a big topic, since most ppl are using information from a sole user's perspective without too many moving pieces; data providers being on the flip side.  

What is the major difference between Flipping and Whole-Selling Investment properties? 

Goal is to flip houses to build up larger cash deposits each time.

I am looking to connect with investors in the Houston market that want to flip multiple properties, the more work you have the better my price can be.

Over the next 4 months I flipped a house with him everyday after work.
