What is the major difference between Flipping and Whole-Selling Investment properties?  Anyone found success doing either in the North Olmsted, Parma or Strongsville Ohio markets?

Hi Anthony,

We deal with clients who Flip and clients who Wholesale. The difference is in a Flip, the house is purchased with the intention of fixing it up or rehabbing it. It is typically then sold in the traditional market to a Buyer who plans on living in the property. This is a more time consuming process because time and work needs to be done to fix up the home and money needs to be invested into rehabbing. In wholesale deals, the property is typically bought and sold as is and the Buyer is usually another Investor. This process tends to be quicker and the goal is to buy and then turn around and sell as fast as possible.

If you have any other questions feel free to reach out. We are a Title Company who specializes in Investor Transactions and are used as a resource for our clients to learn and grow.
