Hello my name is Justin and I'm a leg of a tripod in a newly formed REI LLC in the Tyler/Longview Texas area.

We currently own one single family dwelling renting for 1.79% of the purchase price and another that was going to be used as a rental but after digging into some unforeseen repairs, we are looking at flipping and using the money to either purchase a new rental or pay off the first home outright and be free and clear.

I work full time as does my other two business partners. My goal is to be financially free and independent within 5 years and working just for fun so I don't get bored and into trouble.

I'm also invested into a gun shop with a buddy that while I haven't received a paycheck as of yet, I enjoy it and can see myself doing it full time along with my growing real estate investments. The gun shop has been extremely profitable within its first year and we are dumping all of its revenue into ineventory and paying off the building.

My main goal out of all of this is to spend more time with my family. Working a 9-5 job with very little return in a 401k and Roth IRA and having to work until I'm dead is not a life I want to lead. We get one shot at life and there is not a restart or reset button when it's all over with and I want to spend my life with my family.

I am looking for as much knowledge as possible and I have already found this website to be very helpful.

Thanks BP community!
