I am looking for some suggestions on good ways to get address and owner info for specific neighborhoods.

It says that I need to have a physical address.  

Post it on the door and take a picture, preferably with the address of the building in frame.

I see valuations they have in warzones at 50-80k, and there are ZERO comps anywhere near that amount.Give me a shout, and I'll give you a pretty good value based on the address.
