I am new, too, and finding looking around this website is amazing. 

A web site?

I learned a lot from the website and podcasts and I am looking forward to further learning and development in real estate investing. 

My keyword alerts stopped coming in about the same time as the recent changes to the website.

While I love this website and all of the information that is on here I believe there is too many people that just talk about making that first step towards investing but never do.

Be sure to check out the forums, the blogs, podcasts as well as other parts of this amazing website and like minded community.

It's zoned residential so according to the county I believe I can put one there.Where I'm confused is that the tax assessor web site lists the lot as "deed acreage:0, calculated acreage:0, land units:1The home is listed on the assessor website as in a subdivision so I'm thinking that might be why?

For one community we were able to find a website that the HOA maintained and they published different information that was helpful but I am having trouble trying to identify if a location is warrantable.
