[Victor Moga]

Hello everyone, 

My name is Victor Moga, I am a nursing student (second career), my wife is a nurse practitioner.  We have 3 boys, one is junior high, one is high school, and one in college.  We live in Surprise, Arizona.  My wife and I are interested in real estate investments and we are exploring the best strategies for our situation.   

I am grateful for biggerpockets.  I learned a lot from the website and podcasts and I am looking forward to further learning and development in real estate investing.
