To keep it from going into foreclosure, buy it and close the transaction before the sale using an attorney or title company.Simple.

Use a closing attorney or title company and close as you would a normal transaction

Was a case where the original owner died, her daughter that was also on deed died within months and the 3rd person on title, the boyfriend ended up with it by default.  

I currently work for my family Title Insurance Agency as a Title Officer. 

I just docusigned title documents except for one box: To our Knowledge there are no existing violations of county ordinance etc..... -  What happens if I check this box??
