Refinancing and county building viloation

In Feb. I got a notice of county violation in regards to a building over 500 sq ft on my property. It was originally permitted as a "two story playhouse" and is actually 1,000 sq. ft. storage. - I live in Hawaii FYI. I am trying to refinance to secure a lower interest rate and pull out some equity. I just docusigned title documents except for one box: To our Knowledge there are no existing violations of county ordinance etc..... -  What happens if I check this box?? Im pretty sure I will lose lender if I check that box ?? Aldo Im not sure im actually in violation - it has a RFS# Mahalo in for any insight on this .
