From what I have experienced I would suggest a few things:- Come willing to actively participate- Be ready to learn- Be patient  Far too often I run into folks that want to peruse zillow on a day to day basis to then forward them to their broker or property manager asking whether or not it is a good deal. 

Whatever two market participants are willing to pay for an arm's length transaction while not under duress (or however the appraisers define it!). 

We are getting a pretty firm grasp on our mission and vision for the company - and a big part of that is our love for the city here, a desire to impact our children and future generations, and let other Cincinnati residents come along side and participate in that vision. 

I guess syndications are my best way to participate in real estate.
