How to get started with arbitrage and short term renting

Good afternoon, my name is Nya (24) KSU alumni I have experience in house flipping and a degree in design but very I’m new to real estate investing if anyone has any information on how I can get started I would appreciate it .🙂

Plus 1 on @John Underwoods suggestion @Nya Hall.

Also, arbitrage isn't investing. It is creating a job for yourself. In the end the only thing you own or invested in is the furnishings and amenities in the rental. Which, when used, are near worthless.
