I am thinking of organizing game night featuring Robert Kiyosaki's Cash Flow game.

I really like the look and features of AppFolio but they would not budge from their 50 Unit minimum so I am back looking for the right software.  

However, I can’t find this calculator feature on the app...

One of it's internal features is a skip tracing service.

Also, check out a website called getapp, they allow you to search for apps that provide some features you may be looking for.Best,Mike

@Eddie Pfeifer, your concerns with debt load and that  being an undesireable feature of  the DST is well taken. 

I typically stage my homes and add some sort of feature to entice buyers over the competition.

Melissa,hope the fireplace heater is working.dedicated laundry space is always a crowd pleaser.there should be an edit feature when you open pix that allows you to rotate before transferring/posting pix.Hope all is well...Elise
