Hello everyone, my name is Dale and I have been a bigger pockets member for a while now and listen to the podcasts and read the books but haven't posted in the forums yet. I live around the Akron Canton area in Ohio and am a  new investor. I own a duplex in Alliance Ohio and also own some vacant land that I have started to flip some lots off of. Next I plan to buy a house hack because right now I still live at home. After that I am looking to buy single family or small multifamily buy and hold investments with the idea of eventually moving into large apartment buildings down the road. I look forward to starting to connect with people on here and helping out in the forums where I can. Hope everyone has a great day.

nice to meet you.  We have a good number of meetings in the area. Every Wednesday morning,  Wednesday  evening,  Thursday morning.  Several more monthly meetings.
