I'm a longtime listener of the podcast but a newbie to the website and forums. I was born and raised in Austin, TX and am the broker/owner of a boutique real estate brokerage. I found Bigger Pockets through a friend who recommended the podcast to me. I immediately enjoyed and appreciated the content on the podcast. It inspired my wife and me to flip/house hack 4 houses in the Austin area and burrr'n our first rental. I'm looking to build a portfolio of rentals to financial freedom one house at a time! I am looking at this site as a resource for helping me to accomplish this goal.
