I would use ProMar 200 Eggshell on walls, I would pick a standard color and then do an accent wall in the living room or master bedroom typically the wall opposite the TV.

This was nice as it was something we didn't have to pack.Satellite or cable TV - don't cheap out on something that costs a couple of dollars per day.Will your place have any view of the ocean?

That would not be a Tenant charge at all...The damage seems to be due to impact, mostly affected areas are below the sink and refrigrator and some TV outlet (Assume there was a TV table).

If you are worried about potentially renting to the bad apples who are not quiet then long-term rentals will be your best bet.If you do insist on doing short term then adding more baby items will help your case.

Consider all the expenses: taxes (including state lodging and sales tax), insurance, marketing, cost to furnish, city registration, consumables (coffee, TP, replacement linens or furniture, etc), utilities (including TV, internet), landscaping, and even your personal time (answering questions, maintenance calls, bookings, etc.)
