I’m looking into buying from wholesalers for the first time. I have a basic understanding of the process and what to expect overall. I was just looking to see what advise other investors have to offer when dealing with wholesalers. -What are the pros? -What are the cons? -How many buyers are on a typical buyers list? -What are key things to be aware of? Thanks for your help!
