Additionally rates are lower than they will ever be (barring some very weird event) and you'll get in that locked for 30 years.

I was wondering what you thought about possibly holding the event someplace fun so people actually want to go - like - today I got invited to attend a new Palm Coast Real Estate networking event at Oceanside Beach Bar & Grille.

Will therebe seating at the island or is that a 3'-0" deep island (no bar noted)?

It was the last Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at Trippers Bar.

It has a full kitchen/bar and the boats go back and forth every 10 minutes or so.
