You should be shooting a lot of rabbits and wind up with an elephant every once in a while, not going out for nothing but big game.I know what I'm doing and my ROI on wholesaling type activity (time and $) wasn't worth keeping up most of it here in my market.

Very impressed and surprised and I really didn't hear a thing at all to disagree with, I think his stressing demographics is dead on, types of properties, forced appreciation and marketing emphasis through a team approach is all very good.

The additional rental income will almost cover renting a single family for us to hop into, but if we don't have to I would prefer to not incur the additional expense and potential stress/upheaval.Ultimately, I am desirous of using the value of our equity as a contribution to a down payment, along with some savings, towards a future loan on a more appropriate setting for my family.I am open to selling, switching, stripping (equity), or other necessary means so don't hold back your suggestions.
