It is in one of the fastest growing areas in NC and they may NOT want a mobile home on one of its busiest streets. 

Felony conviction,, does that violate your Crime Free/ Drug Free addendum.

Actually I never even went to the street it's on.

@James Masotti I think you and I share similar approaches, all of my units are upgraded to the point that I command a $100-150 premium to neighbors just down the street.

My city is happy with us because we are slowly improving the property and provide housing for people that otherwise may be on the street. 

It's also at the end of a short dead end street.
